Sandspider

Sandspider is the collaborative work of Matthew Leigh Embleton and Alan McDermott. When Sandspider began in 1998, the original idea was to create instrumental electronic music that gathered their musical influences together from far and wide. Then through experimentation and by using any technology they could get their hands on, discover and represent the similarities running through them all. Also to experiment with the idea that ‘If all music is sound, then all sound can be music’.
